Inshore & Nearshore Fishing: General Information
Our guides offer a variety of expertise, allowing us to customize trips to fit your idea of a perfect day on the water. All our inshore/near trips take place on center consoles equipped with success in mind. Our fleet also consists of boats located in Orange Beach, Perdido Key, Pensacola & Panama City Beach thus ensuring that you will be a short drive away from a great day on the water.
The redfish & speckled trout stay strong throughout the year. During the fall and winter months, the sheepshead is on the move near the jetties & bridges. Flounder is another favorite among anglers in the mid-fall (Sept. & Nov.). For sportsman looking to cast & blast we have you covered as well.
Inshore & Nearshore Fishing: Unique Fishing Opportunity
Dock lights fishing has grown in popularity with families because these inshore trips allow our guest to sleep in and enjoy the beach during the day. Some popular action-packed bigger fish options for nearshore adventure include trolling for king & spanish mackerel as well as sight fishing for sharks!

Be sure to read and understand our disclaimer, and call us with any questions you may have. As sportsmen, we all know things don’t always go according to plan. Rain, cancelled flights, hurricanes and any number of issues can mess with our best-laid plans. With that being the case, Intercoastal Safaris, LLC strongly suggests our guests consider purchasing CPO Sportsman’s Travel Insurance (PDF) for any excursion that involves lodging or carries a total price of over $1,000. It’s the smart thing to do!
